The profile of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) will be introduced first, including its history, location, faculty, students, teaching, research and international collaborations. Then the School of Information and Electronics( SIE ) of BIT will be introduced, and the research of the SIE of BIT will be introduced, including the areas of embedded real-time digital signal processing, radar system and signal processing, remote sensing information processing, satellite navigation technology, microwave and millimeter wave circuits, computational electromagnetics, speech and video compression, etc.
